Welcome to the first course: “Change”!

This module is designed to facilitate your acceptance of digitalisation within your medical educational institution.

The aim is to help you understand your emotional reactions to change and empower you to handle them successfully and purposefully.

You will gain insights into the emotional coping processes during change, based on Elisabeth Kübler-Ross's change curve, specifically applied to digital vocational education.

The course provides a detailed explanation of typical emotional reactions during change processes and offers practical approaches to manage them.

After the introduction to the model, each section represents a phase of the change curve.

You will learn methods to analyze and reflect on fears and frustrations, align personal and institutional needs, and use the seven questions of progress from agile management as a self-reflection tool.

Embrace the change and use it as an opportunity for personal growth!

It provides profound insights into evaluating intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors, enabling you to sustainably enhance and maintain motivation. The theoretical approaches are consistently linked with practical implementation suggestions and supported by examples in the context of digitalisation to ensure direct application.
